PwC Legal International Pte Ltd (a licensed Foreign Law Practice) welcomes new partners

Singapore, Thursday 22 June 2017 – PwC Legal International Pte Ltd (a licensed Foreign Law Practice) welcomes two new partners – Carl Dunton and Henry Goodwin - in response to rising market demand for cross-territory integrated business solutions.

Carl specialises in Asian cross-border financings and financial restructurings, with extensive experience in both secured and unsecured transactions throughout South East Asia. Due to his extensive experience in restructuring, Carl is well-versed in distressed M&A transactions, forced disposals, enforcement scenario and strategies and the related litigation aspects. Carl is consistently recognised as a leading lawyer for both banking & finance, and restructuring & insolvency by leading independent legal directories including Chambers Asia, Legal 500 Asia and IFLR 1000.

Henry specialises in advising multinational companies in the digital and technology sectors on legal aspects of their market entry strategies in Southeast Asia, including cross-border investments, strategic alliances and commercial licensing opportunities. He also has extensive experience supporting venture capital funds and their high growth portfolio companies as they scale their operations in the region. Henry previously led the Singapore practice of an international law firm.
