PwC welcomes Teng and Co. to its network in Singapore

Singapore, 1 July 2018 – Effective 1 July 2018, Teng and Co. LLC has joined the PwC global network as an independent local law firm.
Teng and Co. LLC will be led by Joanna Teng, Managing Director, and will provide legal advice to companies and organisations in an increasingly complex business environment. Services provided include corporate and commercial restructurings, entity governance and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
